More Water Issues
by Anna Crook
I wrote about water-related issues last month.
I feel it is a vitally important issue to us all; not only for the entire state of New Mexico, but for all the Western states. Our waters are being threatened by Federalization. It is of great importance to educate the people of New Mexico about these threats to our New Mexico waters.
I would like to share a presentation given by Steven L. Hernandez to the Water and Natural Resource Committee on STate Law Conflicts in Operating Federal Relamation Projects, entitled "How New Mexico Water is Being Federalized."
